I’m Ryan Michael Kelly, an Independent candidate for Congress in New Jersey’s Third District. I’m running to fight for affordability, accountability, and a government that actually listens to people instead of party talking points and political theater.
What I’m fighting for
Affordability
People should not be crushed by healthcare costs, student debt, housing pressure, or everyday bills.
Accountability
No one should be above the law — not presidents, agencies, corporations, judges, or Congress itself.
You, the People
As an Independent, my loyalty is to the people of NJ-03 — not party leadership, consultants, donors, or political revenge.
Why I’m running
I’ve worked in public service, education, and civil rights oversight. I’ve taught students, helped communities, and worked inside government systems that sometimes worked well — and sometimes failed badly.
I’ve seen what happens when institutions stop listening to ordinary people. Families across NJ-03 are worried about affordability, taxes, infrastructure strain, healthcare costs, and whether anyone in Washington actually understands what their lives are like.
I’m running because people deserve calm, competent leadership focused on solving problems instead of creating more chaos.
Government should help people live with dignity.
